Luphera is a technology company reachable at team@luphera.com. For the purposes of data protection regulations that apply where you live, Luphera is the data controller for the information described on this page.

We collect information in two situations: when you submit our contact form, and when your browser loads pages from our website.

Through the contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your business email
• Your phone number (optional)
• The area of interest you select
• The budget range you select (optional)
• The message you write to us

When your browser loads pages from our website, our hosting provider records standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp. This is logged for security and operational monitoring and is not linked back to you unless required to investigate abuse.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting tools on this site.

We collect contact form information for a single purpose: to read your message and respond to your inquiry. We do not use your contact information for marketing, and we do not share or sell it.

Request metadata logged by our hosting provider is used to keep the site running reliably and to investigate security incidents if they happen.

When you submit the contact form, the information is transmitted over HTTPS to a serverless function and then delivered to our company inbox by email. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions.

We rely on a small number of third-party providers that process information on our behalf:

• Microsoft Azure hosts this website and runs the serverless function that handles contact submissions.
• Proton Mail delivers the email that contains your contact submission to our team inbox.

We keep contact submissions in our inbox only as long as they are useful for answering and following up on your inquiry, and typically remove or archive them within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your submission earlier at any time.

Operational request logs retained by our hosting provider are subject to that provider's retention schedule, which is shorter than our application retention.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. To make a request, email us at team@luphera.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no cost to you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and the United Kingdom, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This page explains how we honor those rights in practice.

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, our providers, or the law. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be reflected in a note on our Journal.
